How does the mode memory function work?
The tail switch cycles through High, Middle, Low, and Strobe. If the flashlight remains in any selected mode for longer than 10 seconds, the next click switches the light off immediately. When turned back on, the torch resumes operating directly in the previously chosen mode.
Can the rechargeable battery be replaced?
Yes. The PCW12M is powered by a standard 18650 lithium-ion battery (3000 mAh included). You can unscrew the tail cap to replace the cell at any time, allowing seamless work continuity without waiting for recharging.
Is the flashlight safe to use in heavy rain?
Yes. The torch is rated IPX6, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets and heavy rain. Additionally, the USB-C charging port is sealed beneath a durable rubber cover and further sheltered by the torch head when set to floodlight position. It is not designed for diving or underwater submersion.
How do I know when the battery needs recharging?
The status LED located beside the USB-C port blinks red when the battery charge drops low. During charging, the indicator glows steady red and switches to solid green once the 3000 mAh cell is fully charged.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
