Is the camera truly waterproof?
Yes, the camera head with the lens is IP67 certified. This means it is completely dustproof and can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. The handheld unit itself is not waterproof.
How long does the battery last and how is it charged?
The battery has a capacity of 2000mAh and provides an operating time of about 6 hours. It is conveniently charged via the included Type-C cable.
What is included in the package?
In addition to the borescope handheld unit and the 5m probe, you will receive a Type-C charging cable, a gift box, a user manual, a blister tray, as well as the attachments: hook, side mirror, and magnet with three fixing buckles.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
