20960520 Felder solder wire, no-clean, lead-free, Sn96Ag4, 0.5 mm, 250g, roll

Low-residue, halogen-free no-clean solder wire. Specially adapted to the requirements of lead-free electronics manufacturing. The flux is characterized by high temperature resistance and does not spatter during melting. The bright, solid flux residues are neither corrosive nor electrically conductive and can therefore remain on the solder joint. FELDER - ISO - Core® "EL" - LEAD-FREE has been tested and approved by the certification body CT MM6 of Siemens AG in Berlin for electrical conductivity and electrolytic corrosion effect (dendrite growth). The produced solderings are permanent temperature resistant up to 150°C. Low temperature resistance up to min. -96°C is also given.
